HV Electrician – Pilbara Region, WA

About the Role

FMS Group is seeking experienced and safety-focused High Voltage Electricians for ongoing site-based work in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.

We are looking for trade-qualified HV Electricians with strong mining and MEM experience who take pride in delivering high-quality work safely and efficiently.

This is an ongoing opportunity offering competitive hourly rates of $80–$90 per hour, depending on experience, with an immediate start available for suitable candidates.

Successful candidates will join an established site team, working across a day/night 8/6, 7/7 roster, with FIFO travel scheduled on Wednesdays.  This role suits local WA candidates due to the shorter rostered days. 

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out high-voltage electrical maintenance and associated site works
• Complete electrical inspections, fault finding, repairs and maintenance
• Ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
• Work collaboratively with site maintenance teams to support operational requirements

What You’ll Bring

• Current Electrical Licence and Valid Trade Certificate
• Current CPR and LVR certifications
• Current HV Switching qualification
• Current High Risk Work Licence (HRWL)
• MEM HV experience
• Demonstrated experience within the mining industry
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork
• Ability to pass pre-employment medicals and drug and alcohol testing
