About the role:

CQ Field Mining Services (CQFMS) supplies qualified trade labour and specialist maintenance solutions to leading clients in the mining, oil & gas industries throughout the Bowen Basin. CQFMS are currently seeking experienced Boilermakers to join our team to work on various sites throughout Central Queensland.

About You:

• You will be a self-starter with an attitude that safety and well-being comes first and a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve greats results for yourself, your team and your customers.
• Great Communications skills
• Experience working on heavy mining equipment

The successful applicant, will have:

• Relevant Trade Qualification
• Experience working in a mining environment (preferred but not essential)
• Coal Board Medical (preferred but not essential)
• Standard 11 Statement of Attainment  (preferred but not essential)
• Working at Heights (preferred but not essential)
• Confined Space (preferred but not essential)
• Gas Test Atmosphere (preferred but not essential)                                             
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Have the proven ability to liaise with both management and clients
• Uncompromising attitude to safety
