CQ Field Mining Services (CQFMS) is on the hunt for a person with strong initiative and with a willingness to learn. Our growing business has a Training Officer vacancy and it’s ready to be filled by a person who prides themselves on being a fantastic training administrator, while working closely with our operational teams. 

About the Role

A great career opportunity exists for a dynamic and skilled Training Administrator to demonstrate their skills and to continue to grow with CQFMS.  Join our fast paced & high performing team where you'll really partner with the business to achieve outstanding results.

You will be responsible for:

  • Booking inductions for employees with BMA, Glencore, Anglo and other parties as required
  • Responsible for updating employee records with all training records
  • Success Factors Training and assistance to employees/staff
  • Coal Board Medical bookings
  • Scheduling training for qualifications/competencies expiring.

About You

Successful candidates will have experience/skills in the following -

  • Prior Training Administration experience
  • Previous site/mine administration experience
  • Prioritising and managing timeframes and deadlines
  • Have a high attention to detail
  • Be an effective communicator and have sound engagement skills
  • Be confident, flexible, team player and show initiative
  • Enthusiastic and want to be part of a fun, energetic and growing team

Who are we: Field Mining Services Group supplies qualified trade labour and specialist maintenance solutions to mine sites throughout Australasia. We’re a provider of choice for leading national and multinational clients operating in the mining, construction, oil and gas industries.
