About the Role

A great opportunity exists for a dynamic and skilled HSEQ professional to join our growing business as a Document Controller and Systems Officer. This position is ready to be filled by a person who has experience in managing document control systems; and prides themself on being a quick learner, has excellent attention to detail, ability to meet reporting deadlines, experience of working in a fast paced environment and have a proactive attitude with the ability to multitask.

The position is based in the Mackay Office working Monday to Friday with a monthly RDO.

About You

Successful candidate will ensure accuracy, quality & integrity of controlled documents and the Safety & Quality Management System, by demonstrating experience with:

• Coordinate change control processes to track revisions, updates and approvals of controlled documents
• Review, approve and reject documents based on content, format & adherence to company guidelines
• Communicate updates to keep the business informed
• Support Australia wide personnel to operate within the IMS framework
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements
• Administer safety and quality management systems
• Analyse data and present in dashboards that are meaningful to the business
• Produce reports based on data extracted from systems and ensure reporting requirements and deadlines are met
• Ensure compliance with HSEQ system
• Support the implementation of safety & quality software solutions
• Proactively monitor the businesses compliance with safety & quality processes
• Provide guidance and support to the business on use of the system
• Administrative functions as required
