About the Role

We have an amazing opportunity for a Workforce Scheduler, with a can-do attitude to join our fantastic team. This position is working a 7 on 7 off roster, based in Mackay.  

You will be a self-starter who will work closely with the office and site teams to ensure adhoc, scheduled and project works are fully manned and maintained. This is a great opportunity to work with a well established team who offers support and mentoring, along with a great work environment.

Successful candidates will have experience in the following:

• Ability to quickly understand systems and work within the developed processes.
• Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Have a high attention to detail
• Be an effective communicator and have sound engagement skills
• Be flexible and show initiative
• Strive to meet set targets and be results driven
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, co-workers and all levels of management

Duties will include, but not limited to: 

• Manage and maintain Day to Day roster Allocation / Scheduling of labour resources
• Accommodation Bookings and Management
• Completing Budget Estimates / Quoting of Maintenance Jobs
• Vehicle Allocation and Management
• Organise relevant training with Training Department
