This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, optimising business processes, ensuring compliance with organisational standards, and driving operational efficiency to support long-term growth and strategy objectives.
To succeed in this position, you will bring exceptional leadership and communication skills, relevant industry experience, and a demonstrated ability to manage complex organisations, budgets, and cross-functional teams. Prior experience in a comparable management role will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and manage day-to-day operations in alignment with corporate strategy and objectives.
- Implement and monitor policies, procedures, and performance standards to ensure operational excellence.
- Oversee resource allocation, financial planning, and budget management within operational functions.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), preparing regular reports for senior leadership.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality.
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members to achieve division and organisational goals.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to identify and mitigate operational risks.
