About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Sales Administration Support professional to join our friendly, supportive, and high-performing team at FMS Group.

As our new Sales Administrative Support, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You’ll work Monday to Friday, with the added benefit of a monthly Rostered Day Off (RDO).

This position plays a critical role in supporting both the Sales and Project Delivery functions, ensuring seamless coordination, accuracy of information, and efficient administrative processes across the business.

This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask across a wide range of tasks.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will contribute to maintaining high standards of customer service and project execution by providing timely support, accurate data entry, and strong communication across internal stakeholders and suppliers.   • Perform accurate and timely data entry and maintain data integrity across all internal systems
  • Update and manage cost sheets, pricing records, and CRM data to support sales and project workflows
  • Assist in preparing quotation packages, including factory specifications, costing information, and supporting documents
  • Support internal teams with document control and coordination for project schedules, supplier communication, and reporting
  • Assist with preparations for upcoming ERP system transition, including data formatting, validation, and process mapping
  • Create and maintain costing link codes and support cost tracking accuracy across business units
  • Provide proactive administrative support to both sales and project teams

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates:

  • Previous experience in an administration or sales support role, preferably in a technical, manufacturing, or project-focused environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Projects and Outlook
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills
  • Confident written and verbal communication, with the ability to liaise professionally at all levels
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities, while maintaining deadlines and quality
  • A keen interest in learning industry specific systems, products, and processes
  • A proactive and resourceful approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality support

This role is based in our Subiaco office with an immediate start available.
