To support our recent and continued growth we are looking for a Software Implementation Consultant to join our team. This position can be based at Perth or Brisbane.
You will be passionate about technology and problem-solving, whether it is a simple issue that enables a user to work faster or a solution that improves the productivity of the team.
You will have the ability to guide functional analysis and design conversations, be actively involved with scoping meetings to find the best solution for software.
You will perform a range of software implementations and support duties that directly contribute to improved organisational performance and capability through the delivery of efficient business systems and processes that support operational excellence and achievement of business outcomes.
Your duties will include but not limited to:
- Liaise with the product vendor of the chosen software including, evaluating/testing new technologies and version updates prior to release to all users;
- Provide guidance and direction to the teams to ensure operation and technical excellence to ensure efficient use of the supported systems and software;
- Lead and co-ordinate training, develop training material on core application skills, standards and procedures to assist with improving productivity;
- You must bring strong integration skills.
Experience required:
- Experience in configuration, implementation, and delivery of technical integration solutions in medium to large organisations.
- Data cleansing and migration
- Strong understanding of APIs and integrations working with tools such as Swagger, Postman
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving is essential
- High proficiency in gathering and writing technical requirements
- Ability to generate process documentation and technical reporting
