FMS Group is seeking an experienced Asset & Logistics Supervisor to join our growing team in Paget. This is a town-based position offering consistent daytime hours and the opportunity to shape and influence a key division within a well-established and proudly local business.

As an Asset & Logistics Supervisor, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our Asset & Logistics division. This includes managing the movement of goods and equipment, mentoring your team, and driving operational efficiency.
This position works Monday to Friday on day shift only: Monday – Thursday: 6am – 4pm | Friday: 6am – 2pm
Additional overtime may be available depending on workload.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day logistics and asset operations
- Coordinate the inwards/outwards flow and transport of goods and equipment
- Conduct Prestart/Toolbox meetings and communicate team direction
- Mentor and lead team members, providing guidance and support
- Ensure QA standards are met and processes followed
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
About You
You’re a proactive and safety-conscious leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You bring strong communication and problem-solving skills and take pride in delivering quality outcomes through team leadership and operational excellence.
We’re looking for:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar supervisory role
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Proven commitment to safety and compliance
- Sound planning and problem-solving abilities
- Computer literacy and good communication skills
- Forklift High Risk Licence and valid Driver’s Licence (HR Licence highly desirable)
- A flexible, team-oriented approach
