Reporting to the Asset & Logistics Manager, this position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is highly organised, and takes pride in delivering accurate and timely administrative support.

About the Role

As a Logistics Administrator, you will provide administrative support across our logistics and operational functions, helping ensure equipment compliance, documentation management, and system administration activities are completed efficiently and accurately.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to operational and logistics teams
  • Maintaining and managing compliance documentation and records
  • Monitoring equipment compliance dates and arranging inspections as required
  • Coordinating third-party compliance inspections and certifications
  • Supporting auditing and compliance activities
  • Maintaining electronic filing systems and business software records
  • Liaising with internal compliance teams, suppliers and stakeholders
  • Assisting with system-related administration tasks
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the business
  • Ensuring all activities are completed safely and in line with company and client requirements

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Previous experience in an administration, logistics, compliance or support role
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • High-level communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive and positive attitude
  • Strong computer skills and confidence using business systems
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • A commitment to workplace health and safety

Essential Requirements

  • Current Class C Driver's Licence
  • Strong safety focus
  • Previous experience in a similar administration role
  • Strong work ethic and reliability

Desirable

  • Certificate III in Business Administration or similar
  • Experience working within logistics, mining, construction or industrial environments
  • Exposure to compliance management systems and auditing processes
