In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders, software vendors, and end users to deliver system improvements that enhance organisational capability, streamline processes, and support business growth. Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end software implementation projects from planning through to Go Live.
- Liaise with software vendors and evaluate new technologies, enhancements, and version updates prior to release.
- Lead system configuration activities and integration planning for business-critical applications.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate issue resolution.
- Develop and customise forms, reports, and system functionality to meet business requirements.
- Provide technical expertise in system integrations and API connectivity.
- Coordinate end-user training and develop supporting training resources.
- Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements.
- Create process documentation, technical reports, and system support materials.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across business systems and processes.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience delivering system implementations and integration solutions within medium to large organisations.
- Experience with data migration, data cleansing, and system cutovers.
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and data exchange methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse complex business requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Experience developing technical documentation and business process maps.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across diverse teams.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with Acumatica ERP.
- Experience within the Microsoft Azure environment.
- Exposure to Payroll, Finance, or Asset Management systems.
- Knowledge of business process improvement and system optimisation methodologies.
