FMS Group is growing our WA Boilermaker crews and we’re looking for experienced Boilermakers for a mix of ongoing site-based and Field Service opportunities.

We currently have immediate 2/1 positions, along with flexible backfill and Field Service opportunities, plus further permanent crew positions coming online.

Ongoing Site Roster – 2/1

• 2/1 FIFO opportunities with immediate starts available
• Mix of permanent crew and flexible backfill positions

Field Service – WA

• Flexible FIFO work across 8/6, 2/1 and 3/1 rosters
• Variety of site and project work
• Immediate start available for the right person
• Must be genuinely flexible around roster requirements
• Work across major mine sites and Tier 1 operations

Job Overview

• Complete crack repairs, wear plate replacement, reinforcement and equipment modifications
• Repair and rebuild buckets, trays, blades, booms, chassis and other structural components
• Cutting, gouging, grinding and welding for planned maintenance, breakdowns & major repairs
• Work across a broad range of haul trucks, diggers, loaders, dozers and ancillary equipment

What We're Looking For

• Australian-recognised Boilermaker trade 
• Previous mining experience working on heavy equipment
• Strong fabrication, welding and repair experience
• Current Australian Driver's Licence
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and DAS
• Strong commitment to safety
