We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HME Workshop Manager to join our growing team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive HME Workshop Manager to take ownership of the workshop and build a successful team. You will have a proven ability to focus on building the Workshop pipeline of work to support budgeted numbers and goals. Building a highly skilled team and ensuring clear communication with all personnel to deliver works safely, on time, within budget and outstanding quality. 

You will track budgets, costs and P&L activity, minimising company exposure & risk on all works.  You will have the ability to investigate & negotiate change proposals with relevant stakeholders and ensure milestones & performance indicators are met for the works.

To succeed in the role, you will have a proactive attitude, strong work ethics, be well organised, ability to plan ahead and solve problems and successfully lead a team.

Great Office / Great Location: We are located at Henderson, where we are looking for further growth with the business. We have successfully built a site-based team working on various sites in WA and now offer additional support to our clients with a Perth based HME Workshop. This is your chance to help build a highly skilled workforce to deliver outstanding results.

Salary Package: Competitive salary paid weekly. Superannuation paid above legislation at 12%, Monthly RDO. Company Vehicle and fuel card on offer.
