We’re not recruiting task managers, we’re searching for project-critical leaders who drive outcomes, take full ownership of their scope, grow within themselves and their team, and set the benchmark for field performance.

As a direct representative of the Principal Project Company, you will coordinate E&I execution across major energy, resources, and infrastructure projects, with scopes including:

  • HV/LV Systems – Installation, Testing & Commissioning
  • Renewable Energy (BESS, Wind, Solar Integration)
  • Greenfield Construction & Brownfield Upgrades
  • Marine Infrastructure & Critical Port Facility Works
  • Heavy Industrial Electrical Infrastructure

You will lead from the front line overseeing critical path activities, driving safety-first execution, and ensuring QA/QC standards meet both client expectations and internal excellence benchmarks.

Trade Requirements & Role Experiences:

  • Australian Recognised Trade Qualifications
  • Section 44, S26 attainments
  • 5+ years frontline supervision on major E&I projects across resources, construction, or renewables.
  • Strong working knowledge of AS/NZS 3000, 3017, and HV/LV commissioning standards.
