Are you ready to step into a leadership role where your decisions directly drive success? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Fabrication Workshop Manager to join our high-performing team based in Henderson, WA.

As our Fabrication Workshop Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the day-to-day operations of our Perth workshop. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll be responsible for planning and coordinating all fabrication activities while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency are upheld at every stage.
You’ll manage people and processes with professionalism and drive, ensuring projects meet performance targets, budgets, and deadlines. Most importantly, you’ll help build a positive, results-focused team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage workshop operations and resources
- Maintain project performance, safety, quality, and delivery
- Manage workflow, planning, P&L, risks, and client expectations
- Mentor team members to build capability and morale
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to align on goals and solutions
About You
You’re a trade-qualified, forward-thinking leader with a deep understanding of workshop operations and a passion for building successful teams. You thrive in dynamic environments, take pride in high-quality work, and are always looking for smarter ways to get the job done.
You’ll bring:
- A trade qualification in Fabrication
- A current Driver’s Licence
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role
- Strong budgeting, reporting, and compliance skills
- Exceptional communication and planning abilities
- A calm, solutions-driven approach under pressure
