About the Role
Due to internal movement, we are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our team in Paget.
This is a key role as the first point of contact for our business, where you’ll bring professionalism, organisation, and a friendly approach. To succeed, you’ll need to be proactive, flexible, and a strong team player.
Day-to-day duties include (but not limited to):
- Managing reception and coordinating boardroom presentations
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Assisting with deliveries and welcoming personnel to the office
- Ordering stationery and uniforms
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Preparing purchase orders
- Supporting internal teams with general administration tasks
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role, with the added benefit of a monthly RDO.
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Experience in a similar reception or administration role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good computer literacy
- Excellent attention to detail
- A current driver’s licence
- A flexible, can-do attitude with the ability to show initiative
