We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join our fast-paced Workshop in Henderson working Monday to Friday Part-Time hours.

Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will play an integral part in ensuring the day-to-day operations of the Workshop office. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask across a wide range of tasks.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Rostering and upkeep of employee hours in our system
  • Entering of timesheets and leave documentation
  • PPE Reconciliation
  • Liaising with external support vendors in relation to compliance requirements
  • CAPEX Administration
  • Training Coordination
  • Providing administrative support to Workshop Team

What We're Looking For:

  • Extensive administration experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills
  • Great attention to detail and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • The ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • A willingness to learn about our industry and systems

This position is based in Henderson with an immediate start.
