About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive & motivated Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at our Welshpool office. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role, where you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle – from advertising vacancies and shortlisting candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting successful onboarding. You will play a key part in attracting and retaining top talent, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
This position will be responsible for blue collar recruitment across industries such as mining, energy, infrastructure and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and division managers to meet workforce demands
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for blue collar roles
- Draft, post, and manage job adverts on various platforms.
- Screen applications, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews.
- Support hiring managers with interview preparation and selection.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policy and best practices.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
- Ensuring a high standard of candidate care and communication
- Contribute to employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
About You
- Previous experience in recruitment or workforce coordination (essential)
- Mining, shutdown, or labour hire recruitment experience highly regarded
- Exposure to trades working in mining, energy, infrastructure or industrial sectors preferred
- A proactive, organised, and solution-focused approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude aligned with our values of safety, quality, and reliability
