About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and organised Workshop Administrator to support our busy workshop operations. Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of administrative functions while supporting a strong safety-first culture.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working as part of a team, and takes pride in delivering accurate and timely administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ)

  • Promote and uphold a strong safety culture across all workshop activities
  • Participate in toolbox talks, risk assessments, and safety initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with site safety systems, procedures, and legislation
  • Report hazards, incidents, and environmental concerns promptly

Workshop Administration

  • Raise and receipt purchase orders (POs)
  • Create, manage, and close out job packs
  • Process timesheets and assist with rostering
  • Maintain Safety Data Sheet (SDS) registers
  • Prepare MDRs and RDRs documentation
  • Assist with compliance, audits, and reporting requirements
  • Provide invoice summaries and basic financial reporting
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in company systems
  • General administrative support to the workshop team

Team & Culture

  • Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients
  • Support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative role
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels
  • A proactive and reliable work ethic
  • Commitment to safety and compliance
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks

Requirements:

  • Current C Class Driver’s Licence

Desirable:

  • Certificate III in Administration or similar
