About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle – from advertising vacancies and shortlisting candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting successful onboarding. You will play a key part in attracting and retaining top talent, ensuring an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Draft, post, and manage job adverts on various platforms.
- Screen applications, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews.
- Support hiring managers with interview preparation and selection.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and best practices.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
- Contribute to employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
About You
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities at once.
- A proactive, organised, and solution-focused approach.
- Be passionate about candidate care
- Strong attention to detail
- Have a confident and professional phone manner
- Outstanding verbal and written communications
- Prioritising and managing timeframes and deadlines
- Previous industry experience, high volume based recruitment
- Experience using PageUp would be an advantage but not essential
